Enterprise Policy is used to create "Groups" of devices and enable various "Policies".

To enable & configure Enterprise Policy, Please follow the below steps
Step 1. Login to Cloud Controller using your username & password on https://cloud.ray.life/
Step 2. Click on App Store.
Step 3. Select Enterprise Policy App.
Step 4. Subscribe or Activate Trial for the App.
Complete the checkout post filling in the required details.
Step 5. Go to Ray controller.
You will see two additional tabs. Policy & Groups.
In case you don't see the tabs Policy & Groups, please do a hard refresh of the screen.
Step 6. Go to Policy.
There are 4 types of Policies you can configure.
A. Time Policy
The Time Policy helps control When the devices in the Group can/cannot access the internet.
To create Time Policy, click Create Policy.
Input the below details
1. Profile Name. e.g. Weekdays time policy
2. Profile Description. e.g. Policy to control access only during weekdays from 9 am to 7 pm.
3. Definitions. In dropdown select "Time Policy"
4. Select between "Allow" or "Deny" Radio Button.
Select the Days from Sunday to Saturday
Input the time in HH:MM format in From & To fields.
5. Repeat step 4 to add more variations.
6. Press Submit.

B. Speed Policy
The Speed Policy helps control the "Speed" at which the devices in the Group can access the internet.
To create Speed Policy, click Create Policy.
Input the below details
1. Profile Name. e.g. Weekdays time policy
2. Profile Description. e.g. Policy to control access only during weekdays from 9 am to 7 pm.
3. Definitions. In dropdown select "Speed Policy"
1. Upload Speed From & To in Kbps
2. Download Speed From & To in Kbps
4. Press Submit.

Repeat the Steps 1 to 4 to create additional speed policies.
Multiple Speed Policies shall be required when FUP needs to be applied (Higher speed and lower speed when Quote is exhausted).
C. Quota Policy
The Quota Policy helps control "How Much" Internet can the devices in the Group can access.
To create the Quota Policy, click Create Policy.
Input the below details
1. Profile Name. e.g. Weekdays time policy
2. Profile Description. e.g. Policy to control access only during weekdays from 9 am to 7 pm.
3. Definitions. In dropdown select "Quota Policy"
A. Quota Type.
Select between Time & Volume.
Time indicates that the Quota shall be given in terms of time. e.g. 1 Hour or 20 Minutes.
Volume indicates that the Quota shall be given in terms of volume. e.g. 1 GB or 30 Mb.
B. Quota Value
Input the amount of Quota to be given.
(e.g. If 1 GB, then input 1).
C. Quota Unit
Input the UOM (Unit of Measurement) of Quota.
(e.g. If 1 GB, then input GB).
D. Quota Renewal
If the Quota has to be Renewed select Recurring.
e.g. 1 GB of Quota everyday.
If the Quota does not have to be Renewed, select One Time.
e.g. 30 mins of Quota per voucher.
E. Renewal Value
Input the value of the Renewal Cycle.
e.g. 10 GB of Quota every day (i.e. 1 GB / 1 day) then input 1.
e.g. 15 GB of Quota every week (e.g. 15 GB / 1 week) then put 1.
F. Renewal Unit
Input the UOM (Unit of Measurement) of Renewal Value.
Select from days/Weeks/Months.
e.g. 10 GB of Quota every day (i.e. 1 GB / 1 day) then input "Day"
e.g. 15 GB of Quota every week (e.g. 15 GB / 1 week) then put "Week"
G. Validity
Input the Validity till when the Renewal & the plan will be valid.
e.g. 10 GB of Quota every day (i.e. 1 GB / 1 day) for 7 days, then input "7".
H. Validity Unit
Input the UOM (Unit of Measurement) of Validity.
I. Enable FUP
In case you want the speed to be throttled down once the Quota is over, you may select the Enable FUP option.
J. Intermittent Disconnect.
To enable a fair usage of the system especially in public places, Intermittent Disconnect when enabled disconnects the user device intermittently every X Minutes/Days/Hours.
K. Cool Off Configuration
To enable a fair usage of the system especially in public places, Intermittent Disconnect when enabled blocks the user device from reconnecting post Quota completion for X Minutes/Days/Hours.
Press Submit.

D. Content Policy
For Configuration related to Content Policy, please refer to the Content Policy App article.
Step 7. Go to Profiles -> Available Profiles -> Group
Click Create Group to create a New Group.
Input the below details
A. Profile Name. Name of the Group. Finance Team
B. Description. A description of the Group. e.g Employees Group or Finance Team group from India Office.
C. Content Policy
Click Enable Content Policy if required.
Select the Content Policy you want to apply.
D. Time Policy
Click Enable Time Policy if required.
Select the Time Policy you want to apply.
E. Speed Policy
Click Enable Speed Policy if required.
Select Quota 0 to 100% with the desired Speed Policy from the drop-down.
If the FUP is required to be enabled, click on + (Plus) and add additional tier.
Select Quota 100% to Unlimited with the desired Speed Policy from the drop-down.
F. Quota Policy
Click Enable Quota Policy if required.
Select the Quota Policy you want to apply.
Click Enable Notifications if you need notifications to be applied when the Quota reaches a certain level.
G. Extra Information
Select Plan Type from Free/Paid/Temporary Internet depending on the Type of Plan.
Press Submit.

Step 8. Go to Profiles -> Available Profiles -> Wlan
Select the Wlan already created or create a new Wlan by following the steps at Bridge-Mode.
Select the Groups that you want to be included in this SSID.
Press Submit.

Step 9. Go to Actions & Select Attach.
Step 10. Go To Profiles -> Available Profile -> WLAN.
Press Publish in current cluster if you only have single cluster.
Note. In case the Policy is updated, the Group automatically gets Republished.
Note. If any change is done to the Wlan, the Group automatically gets Republished.
