Some times user complaint that some divice getting internet from wifi but some not. So we do the following steps. First of we need to check whitelisting of ip address.

 

Login to cloud.ray.life with username and password. Then search of cluster name or id.  Then goto appliances

 

 

 

We can see 2 apn device   here. Then goto client for check ( connected device with APN )

 

THEN ASK USER WHICH MAC ADDRESS NOT GETTING INTERNET . WE CAN TAKE LAST 4 DIGIT AND SEARCH

 SUPPOSE OUR MOBILE DEVICE MAC IS 49:C2 ( LAST 4 DIGIT ) SO SEARCH.

 

ITS ALREADY WHITELISTED. SO ITS INTERNET WORKING. BUT WE NEED TO CHECK  CONNECTED DEVICE

 

 ALSO RECENTLY CONNECTE D DEVICE

 

 . to check device is whitelisted or not.  Then we need to check more filters.

 

 

Then we will get   below window.  Then tick whitelist/blacklist devices.

 

 

Then press search then below scree get.

 

 

 

This are the device which contains the list ( block mode ) which internet not able to work. So we have to make it white list.  So we have to make mac address whitelist for access the internet.

 

 

As you can see below    I have black list this mac address. Black list shows as a bold font and not able to access internet.
