2. Search for Azure Active Directory

3. Check for existing tenant created or create new tenant if does not exist. Save TenantId for further use.

4. Register application under the tenant. Save Application (client) Id for further use.

5. Create client secret for RayPortal Application. Save secret value (not secret Id) for further use.
