The Captive portal feature of RAY.Life allows you to control and manage the accessibility of guest users. The guest simply fills out the requirements which are configured on the captive portal after that the guest user will use the internet. RAY.Life provides a feature that allows administrators to approve guest users' requests on the RAY cloud controller.
To Approve the Guest request from cloud, kindly follow the below mentioned steps:
Go to Cluster > Go to Dashboard > Go to Survey Statistics > Enable Pending approval request -->> Find the user with the address and click on action to approve.
Enable the Aggregate child button and select a suitable survey.
Enable the Aggregate child button and select a suitable survey.

Click on the table and enable Pending approval request.
Now you will see multiple guest requests, select the guest which you want to approve.
-Click on three dots below the action button > click on the Approve device button.
This way you have successfully approved the device to access the internet.
