1. Go to the Policy tab under Profiles: 
    • Log into your Ray Cloud Controller. 
    • Home Page > Profiles > Policy.   
  2. Select Speed Policy
    • Give the policy a name according to your requirements and select Time Policy from the drop down menu. 
  3. Set the Requirements
    • Select whether you want to apply the policy per user, per group or per network/SSID
      • Note: When you select GROUP, the speed set for upload and download will be divided among all the users in the same group.
      • Note: When you select USER, the speed set for upload and download will be set for each user.
    • Set the upload and download speed according to your requirements. The speed specified in the 'from' field (Upload from, Download from) will be the lower limit, while the speed specified in the 'to' field will be the upper limit (Upload to, Download to). 
      • Note: Specify the speed in kbps.
    • Set the priority according to your requirements.
  4. Save the Policy
    • Once you have defined the rules, click Save.
