NTP (Network Time Protocol) configuration is the process of setting up a system to synchronize its clock with a reliable time source, such as public NTP servers or internal organizational time servers. This ensures that all devices in a network maintain accurate and consistent time, which is crucial for logs, authentication, and other time-sensitive operations. 


  1. Go to Application Settings under Profiles Tab:
    • Log into your Cloud Controller.
    • Home Page > Profiles > Appliance Settings 
  2. Select NTP Configuration:
    • To save the customized settings, give a name to the setting and select Appliance under definitions.
    • Select the NTP Configuration tab.
    • Enter Primary and Secondary NTP servers domain according to your requirement and select the checkbox to enable the servers. 
  3. Go to the Advance Tab:
    • To select for which device the setting is applicable, scroll down to Advance Tab
    • Open the advance tab and under the section "Applicable For" a drop-down menu will appear from which you can select which device this configuration is applicable for. 
  4. Save the Setting:
    • Once the device has been configured according to your requirements, save the configuration by clicking save
