A RADIUS server (Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service) is a network protocol and centralized server used to authenticate, authorize, and account (AAA) users who connect to a network service. It is commonly used for remote access, wireless networks, VPNs, and enterprise networks.


  1. Go to Application Settings under Profiles Tab: 
    • Log into your Cloud Controller.
    • Home Page > Profiles > Radius 
  2. Setup Radius Server:
    • Enter the name for the server and select "Radius" from the dropdown menu under definitions
    • Under Radius Server, enter the following details under their respective fields,
      • Authentication  Server- IP Address of the server
      • Authentication Port- The port number of the server
      • Auth Shared Secret - You can set it according to your requirements.
    • North Bound Details
      • Set the username and password according to your requirements.
    • To add more radius servers, click on the "+" (plus sign) on the right-hand side of the tab.
  3. Save the Server:
    • Once the server has been set according to your requirements, save by clicking save.
