WPA3-PSK (Static Key)

Purpose / Use Case : Enhanced security with SAE (forward secrecy).
BREAKDOWN:
- WPA3: A security protocol that protects wireless networks by encrypting data. It is more secure than WPA2.
- PSK (Pre-Shared Key): A password (static key) that is shared between the router and clients.
- Static Key: A single key that is manually configured on all devices. It remains the same unless you change it yourself.
How to configure :
Step 1: Create a WLAN for broadcasting the SSID. Enter the WLAN name and SSID name. Attach the appropriate network interface that was created for the AP. Select WPA3 for security. Configure a password that clients/users must enter to connect to the SSID.
Step 2: Save and apply the configuration.
Step 3: Ensure the WLAN is active and broadcasting.
Step 4: Connect a client/user device to the configured SSID using the same password defined during setup.
Step 5: Verify client connectivity.
- Check connected client details in the cloud controller.
Step 6: Review client logs.
- Navigate to Audit Log > Appliance Log.
- Select the device MAC address and check the WPA log.
