HOW IT WORKS:  


STEP 1: 

Go to the desired cluster, in which you want to implement Quota Based Policy.


STEP 2:  

To create Quota Based Policy go to policy under Profiles section. Click on the create policy to create a new policy.




STEP 3:

Give a Profile name and Description, After that click on the Definitions. 






STEP 4:


Choice the policy as per your requirements.

There are 3 types:


(1) Volume Quota

(2) Time Quota 
(3) Unlimited




(1) Volume Quota:


(a). 

For a volume-based Quota Policy, select Volume Quota from the available options under Quota Type. 




(b).

 Set the Volume Quota by entering the quota value and selecting a unit from the available options (MB or GB). 




(c).

Set the Quota Renewal (One Time OR Recurring)


OneTime Renewal – The quota will be renewed a single time only. 



Recurring Renewal – Define the renewal interval and the specific time at which the quota will reset.






(2) Time Quota:


(a).

Configure the fields as per your network requirements. For a time-based Quota Policy, choose Time Quota under Quota Type.






(b).

Set the Time Quota by entering the quota value and selecting a unit from the available options (Minutes, Hours, or Days).



(c).

Set the Quota Renewal (One Time OR Recurring)


OneTime Renewal – The quota will be renewed a single time only.   



Recurring Renewal – Define the renewal interval and the specific time at which the quota will reset.


 



(3) Unlimited Quota:


(a).

For an unlimited Quota Policy, select Unlimited Quota from the options available under Quota Type.



(b).

Set the concurrency for the policy as per your requirements (applicable only for Unlimited Quota). Concurrency defines how many devices can simultaneously use the same credentials.
