We have the feature of update loaded on the dashboard, which can fulfill both of your requirements, single AP, and multiple AP updates.
You can even schedule your update operation for a particular date and time for singular or bunch of APs.
1) Go to Access Points => Dashboard
Your AP list will be displayed under Dashboard, refer below snapshot.
2) As soon as you select one of the APs, a menu will appear with many options including Upgrade Firmware and Apply OTA.
You can perform an upgrade for single or multiple APs, for multiple APs you need to select all APs you want to upgrade.
3) Above is the manual operation option, to schedule your upgrade activity you can your scheduler option is given in
the main menu.
Go to Schedule Tasks => click on " Create Task"
As soon as you click on "Create Task" a window will pop up asking for the details for your scheduler. Check below image.
Fill up Mandatory details, to create your schedule tasks, in this case for single/multiple AP upgrade tasks.
- The operation field will give you many options where you need to chose Upgrade the latest option.
- Hardware field, you need to put chose your Ray AP model, for e.g Vega, Canopus, etc.
In "Operation" chose --> Upgrade AP and in "Hardware" and in Version Chose the latest one you want to upgrade your AP with, for example, reference check below snapshot.
You can perform this schedule task on single or multiple AP and this detail you need to choose in the "Perform On" field.
Click on save to save your scheduler.
