Check SSID BROAD CAST. IF IT SHOWS ONLY ONE THEN THERE MAY BE ISSUE. HOW WE CAN CHECK SEE THE BELOW PROCESS.
LOGIN TO cloud.ray.life with username and password. Then search cluster with name. then search appliance with mac address.
Then goto SSID to check SSID.
IT SHOWING ONLY 1 . means atleast 2 is there but it show only one. so need to check jobs.
Then goto jobs then filter then click on clear
Then enter mac and select failed from status then it shows failed reason. Then we have to check by keep mouse on description type.
If there are more than one failed servie then below order we can retry.
First NETWORK INTERFACE JOB
Second SSID job
Third GROUP ni job
Upper na order ma j service retry karvathi issue solve thai jase or appliance reboot karvathi thai jase. Athva niche mujab reboot karvathi bi solve thai jase.
( Note : Restart and reset is defferent process. Restart means just reboot the device. And reset means all the configuration from wifi set to default. Means it is like fre wifi. Need to configure again.)
