If your mobile or PC Wi-Fi is not connecting to Ray Broadcast SSID, it could be due to multiple reasons. Let's discuss them below:
- Check Wi-Fi signal strength of SSID on mobile or PC, issue could be due to high SNR value or low wireless signal strength.
- If SSID is password protected, please forget the existing entry of SSID from Known Network in Windows PC. And try again.
- Check if Ray broadcasted SSID has whitelist/blacklist feature enabled, if yes; enquire for below queries:
- Does Blacklist/Whitelist feature enable recently; from near around time when "Connot connect to this network" started occurring:
- If yes, please disable Blacklist/whitelist feature from specific SSID and republish SSID on Ray devices.
- If not, check if specific mac-address entry is saved or not in Ray device SSID, do the required changes and republish SSID on Ray devices.
- Does Blacklist/Whitelist feature enable recently; from near around time when "Connot connect to this network" started occurring:
- Device Wireless adapter driver is up to date, if not then try with update device drivers with latest drivers
- Device Wireless adapter driver is up to date, if yes then try by rollback device drivers to previous stable driver version.
Hopefully by following above steps, WiFi connection issue is resolved, if not please raise support case with Ray Support team.
